Conor Pearce is working with a leading offshore wind developer who have a requirement for a long-term contract HSE advisor.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

🔹Be a good communicator and a motivator with a human touch
🔹Be fluent in English & Danish
🔹Have 5 years’ experience in mature industrial manufacturing
🔹Have 10 years’ experience within QHSE
🔹Have knowledge of Danish HSE regulations
🔹Have an IOSH/NEBOSH General/NEBOSH Construction certificate
🔹Have experience of incident investigations & rot cause identification

Other success criteria:
🔹TRIR reductions amongst fabrication suppliers
🔹Deliver milestones on time
🔹Supplier performance according to objectives
🔹Ensure implementation and follow-up on supplier improvements and assurance activity plan
