Welcome to the Navitas Contractor Hub – your central space for timesheets, payments, and compliance support. Our goal is simple: to make every contract assignment as straightforward and efficient as possible.

Timesheets & Invoicing

Timesheets: Submit weekly via your client’s portal or the Navitas system (we’ll confirm which before you start).
Approvals: Your timesheet must be signed off by your site or project manager before invoicing.
Invoicing: Send invoices to accounts@navitas-nrg.com, including your PO number (if applicable) and assignment reference.
Deadlines: Submit timesheets and invoices by Monday 12:00 GMT to be included in that week’s payment run.

Compliance Requirements

Before starting, you’ll complete our compliance process to ensure everything runs smoothly. Please provide:

Proof of right to work in your country of assignment
Proof of insurance (public liability, professional indemnity, employer’s liability where applicable)
Company registration details (if invoicing via a limited company)
A signed copy of your assignment agreement

Our compliance team will check and confirm approval before your start date.

Payment Terms

Standard payment is made on the 10th of each month, following invoice receipt and timesheet approval. If the 10th falls on a weekend, payment is issued earlier.
Some client frameworks vary - we’ll confirm your exact terms before your start date.
All payments are made via bank transfer in your working currency. For contractors outside the UK or EU, our finance team will confirm any additional documentation required.
