Location & onshore/offshore: Skelleftea, Sweden (relocation)
Start date: Immediate Duration: 6 months rolling contract
Experience & certificates required: HSE experience – ideally in a chemical lab environment preferred / Chemical

Assignment description
Practical HSE control measure implementation and continuous improvement, example:
o Updates of chemical substance registry
o Use of PPEs
o Signposting
o Waste management
o Chemical inventory
o Secure that SDS are available at quality control laboratories and shop floor
Compliance audits:
o Assist area management with the reception of the monthly site management HSE audit findings and follow up on required actions
o Development and implementation of weekly area management HSE audits with performance tracking and clear actions in order to close any gaps
o Assists and ensure regular safety walks and support/ensure to improve/close findings
Management of accidents, incidents etc.:
o Ensure correct use and follow-up of the incident management system, TIA
o Assist all levels of area management with incident investigation, action planning and follow up of corrective action execution
Capability development:
o Development and execution of HSE training plans for quality control laboratories
o Follows up with all levels of area management making sure all area employees, consultants and visitors are up do date regarding HSE training
