Stuart’s twelve years working in energy recruitment have seen him live on three continents.
In his previous role, Stuart tripled headcount and revenue across a 4-year period, defining the strategy and building a diverse team that exclusively placed professionals in the US and European clean energy sectors. He founded Navitas Resourcing Group to accelerate our transition to a cleaner renewable future and to build the employer of choice within this recruitment sector.
Josh’s award-winning career spans across the last decade, contributing to various niche projects within the energy sector.
He has assisted clients increase their headcount globally specialising in the renewables sector because he is passionate about a cleaner future and an advocate of helping companies achieve their net zero targets.
His experience in building and leading successful teams has led him to co-found Navitas Resourcing Group, a company that provides ample opportunity for new talent, who are passionate about making a difference in our fight for a greener environment, whilst creating one of the best companies to work with.
Nikita is a seasoned recruiter within the renewable energy industry, specializing in sourcing the most talented Project Developers of all levels across the USA and placing them into businesses committed to climate change.
Her motivation comes from having a direct impact on the transition to a greener future, which cannot wait any longer. With nearly 5 years’ experience, Nikita has cultivated a strong network of clean energy professionals and has goals to become an established leader within the market in the future!
Aonghas’s 4 years of experience in the energy sector has connected him with all levels of project development professionals, with a strict focus on the North American market.
Aonghas’s true passion lies in building fresh relationships with both candidates and clients and ensuring both receive quality and transparent service throughout the entire hiring process. Never cutting corners, Aonghas uphold honesty and integrity in all aspects of talent acquisition.
Clare joins us as a specialist Clean Energy recruiter with a wealth of knowledge in the GreenTech market.
Recently returned from living in Asia, as our Associate Vice President Clare will be focused on connecting the very best engineering talent to help accelerate the transition to clean energy in the US. Clare is a passionate Liverpool fan (we won’t hold it against her) and likes to keep up to date with the latest market trends and news.
Max specialises in providing White Collar professionals across the globe in the Wind, Solar and Battery Storage markets.
One of the reasons he enjoys working in the Renewables sector is that he knows he is making a positive change to our sustainable future. He believes that he can make an even greater change by providing his clients with committed individuals who share the same values.
Conor is a specialist recruitment consultant for the wind sector, providing a quality service to both clients and candidates with his honest, straight talking, and caring approach
Throughout all stages of his career Conor has excelled in these qualities whether it is working for large FMCG companies or, later in his career, working for recruitment firms earning awards for his hard work ethic and 360 service.

Dewi’s expertise lies within the wind contract sector where he has built an incredible network of the top level of talent within the market.
Having successfully built a relationship with this talent on an individual basis, Dewi has enjoyed placing candidates from the start of his recruitment journey.
Dewi is passionate about outdoor sports such as surfing and skiing, and it’s this drive that pushes him to want to make a difference in the energy transition. He chose to work within this sector due to the massive growth rate that it is currently in and will be for a long time. It creates excitement for the future ahead professionally.

Sam has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Engineering Business Management which provided her with a valuable insight into renewable energies, production lines and sustainable infrastructure.
Now working with us in the Wind sector, Sam is hiring for that exact market across Europe! Specialising in electrical contracts within the renewable energy market, Sam joined us in the summer and continues to impress us with her dedication and knowledge. Fun Fact: Sam skied for England!
