Max Fanning is looking to speak with experienced Schedulers to work on a freelance basis for a client based in France starting in Q1 2025.
๐๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐น๐:
๐นReview and complete the global detailed time schedule in coordination with the Project Director and the scheduler in charge of the process equipment
๐นPrepare and update the progress trends per activities (civil works, utilities, electrical, clean rooms, commissioning, process equipment)
๐นPrepare and update on a weekly basis the regular short-term term time schedule (3-4 weeks duration) for site activities
๐นAnalyse deviations, delays, critical tasks and report to supervisors in order to find solutions to recover
๐นLead the time-schedule meetings at site with contractors in order to help and anticipate the preparation of works
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ:
โ๏ธMinimum of 5 years experience as a Scheduler for large projects involving multiple activities (civil works, utilities/mechanical works, piping, electrical works, qualification, commissioning, transport)
โ๏ธIdeally experienced on projects for pharmaceutical and/or high-tech industries with clean rooms environment
โ๏ธPrimavera P6 and MS Projects expertise
โ๏ธFluent in English and French (Speaking and Writing)
โ๏ธEU Passport
โ๏ธHappy to relocate to France and be on site 5 days per week
