Max Fanning is looking to speak with experienced Development Managers for a 6 month contract with the potential of converting into an FTE.

๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ:
โ๏ธRelevant degree or qualification with 10+ years in land rights and consenting for UK infrastructure projects.
โ๏ธStrong leadership in managing project teams, advisors, and consultants, ideally within transmission or offshore power.
โ๏ธKnowledge of onshore/offshore energy cabling and planning consents (preferred).
๐ ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐:
Oversee land rights, planning consents, and stakeholder engagement across all project phases, from development to operations. Lead and grow an expert in-house team while managing external advisers.
