Max Fanning is working with a Renewable Energy Developer who has an upcoming hybrid project, involving Onshore Wind, Solar and BESS.
Navitas Resourcing Group has been selected to provide a Site Manager to be the main site based point of contact on behalf of the client.

๐นDuration: Approx 2-3 year contract
๐นWorking Schedule: Monday to Friday / 8 hours per day (On-Site)

๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
๐ธAct as main point of contact at site on clients behalf
๐ธParticipating on the monthly site meeting on site
๐ธOrganise logistics and interfaces between contractors
๐ธWork supervision on site (logistics)
๐ธHSE supervision of agreed scopes (storage area, logistics and contractor interfaces)
๐ธSupervise and manage hybrid project area roads and storage areas maintenance
๐ธParticipate in contractors weekly site meetings to ensure smooth operation between parties
๐ธParticipating on taking over inspection
๐ธManage access and maintenance of service building during construction time – Co-operate with all other managers to supervise hybrid project overall progress and inform employer of deviations from agreed schedule
๐ธCooperation and coordination with all supervisors from all scopes in order to ensure functioning hybrid project
