Talent Acquisition Specialist

Navitas Resourcing Group is a VC-backed renewables business based out of Victoria London founded in April 2022. In just two years we have scaled to 21 heads covering permanent and contract international markets and will open an Austin office in 2025 with a 4-year vision to reach 80+ heads.

As a result, we require a Rockstar Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee this growth, assist our internal hiring strategy, and define our Talent Acquisition brand. This is a very lucrative role given the amount of hiring required and would suit someone who enjoys stakeholder management, developing a TA brand, and is passionate about identifying the best hires in the market.

We are seeking the following profile only. Applicants not matching the below requirements will be rejected:

• 2-5 years current Talent Acquisition experience working for a 360 recruitment company
• Experience hiring entry-level and experienced hires
• Helped scale a business over a period of 2 years minimum
• Enjoy working from an office. This role is 4:1.
