Associate Vice President – US Contract

Off the back of our extremely successful Contract Division, we are looking for an experienced Contract Team Lead with US market experience to join us. This role offers the exciting opportunity of relocation to the US, therefore all candidates must be open to relocation. This role will be focusing on PMO/White Collar roles.

Role:

• Relocation to the US
• Build out and generate new clients in the US Renewables Market
• Contract Management
• Recruit, select, and lead a team of consultants across new markets
• 360 Recruitment, managing the client and candidate side
• Responsible for performance development and on-desk management

Who you are:

The ideal candidate will be seeking a new challenge to build a team & relocate to the US. We are specifically looking for:

• 2 + years Management experience within a recruitment environment
• US Contract Market Experience in Renewables, Construction or similar markets
• Track record of developing Contract Revenue
• Ability to originate new clients
• Passionate about the opportunity to relocate
