We are launching our European Permanent team on the back of our extremely successful contract division and require a successful recruitment leader with a track record in generating revenue who can scale and lead a team.

Role:

  • Build out and generate new clients in the European renewable energy recruitment market
  • Recruit, select, and lead a team of consultants across new markets
  • 360 Recruitment, managing the client and candidate side
  • Lead division strategy and client direction
  • P&L responsibility once the headcount target is hit
  • Responsible for performance development and on-desk management
  • Work alongside marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure an organised and efficient strategy

Who You Are:

The ideal candidate will be seeking a new challenge to grow a 20+ person platform across the hottest recruitment area right now globally. We are specifically looking for:

  • 4 years + 360-degree recruitment experience within the European Energy Market (non-UK preferred)
  • 3 + years Management experience, within a recruitment environment
  • Track record of developing permanent revenue
  • Ability to originate new clients
  • Enjoy working in an office environment (Victoria)
  • Someone who is seeking career development and the opportunity to run a P&L
