Training Academy
At every stage of your Navitas journey, your way ahead will be clear. From the moment you join you will have a clear and detailed five-stage career path, including bonuses, salary increases, and job title changes at each level, making it possible to achieve two promotions in the first year. We place a strong emphasis on learning and development, hiring individuals without recruitment experience but with evident potential.
