Conor Pearce is working with a leading offshore wind developer who have a requirement for a long-term contract HSE advisor.
To be successful in this role you will need to:
๐นBe a good communicator and a motivator with a human touch
๐นBe fluent in English & Danish
๐นHave 5 years’ experience in mature industrial manufacturing
๐นHave 10 years’ experience within QHSE
๐นHave knowledge of Danish HSE regulations
๐นHave an IOSH/NEBOSH General/NEBOSH Construction certificate
๐นHave experience of incident investigations & rot cause identification
Other success criteria:
๐นTRIR reductions amongst fabrication suppliers
๐นDeliver milestones on time
๐นSupplier performance according to objectives
๐นEnsure implementation and follow-up on supplier improvements and assurance activity plan
