Stuart Barnes

Stuart’s twelve years working in energy recruitment have seen him live on three continents.

Stuart’s twelve years working in energy recruitment have seen him live on three continents. Previously he tripled headcount and revenue across a 4-year period, defining the strategy and building a diverse team that exclusively placed professionals in the US and European clean energy sectors. He founded Navitas Resourcing Group to accelerate our transition to a cleaner renewable future and to build the employer of choice within this recruitment sector.

Joshua Bayliss

Joshua’s award-winning career spans across the last decade, contributing to various niche projects within the energy sector.

He has assisted clients increase their headcount globally specialising in the renewables sector because he is passionate about a cleaner future and an advocate of helping companies achieve their net zero targets.

His experience in building and leading successful teams has led him to co-found Navitas Resourcing Group, a company that provides ample opportunity for new talent, who are passionate about making a difference in our fight for a greener environment, whilst creating one of the best companies to work with.

Conor Pearce

Conor is a specialist recruitment consultant for the wind sector, providing a quality service to both clients and candidates with his honest, straight talking, and caring approach

Throughout all stages of his career he has excelled in these qualities whether it is working for large FMCG companies or later in his career working for recruitment firms earning awards for his hard work ethic and 360 service.

Conor is passionate to enable environmental change through recruitment and is proud to work for Navitas Resourcing Group which is helping to enable a global cleaner future. The role provides him with the potential to shape and grow his career to facilitate ambitions of becoming a future leader

Dewi Matthews

Dewi’s expertise lies within the wind contract sector where he has built an incredible network of the top level of talent within the market.

Having successfully built a relationship with this talent on a individual basis, he has enjoyed placing candidates from the start of his recruitment journey.

His passion for outdoor sports such as surfing, and skiing gives him that drive to make a difference no matter how small it may be it still plays a part in fighting against global warming. Secondly, he chose to work within this sector due the massive growth rate that it is currently in and will be for a long time. It creates excitement for the future ahead professionally.

Dewi believes that Navitas brings the full package: the years’ worth of invaluable expertise, the support from Hunter Gatherer, the correct values and goals. He believes that this foundation will create the most successful recruitment in the renewable sector.

Russell Clements

Russell is the former CEO of Sthree. He led the flotation of the business on the London Stock Exchange in November 2005.

During his tenure as CEO, the business grew from 20 offices, of which five were overseas, to 64 offices in 20 countries.  Sthree achieved 100% of its growth organically through the development of its operation brands: Computer Futures, Huxley Associates, Progressive and Real Staffing.  Each operating with a clear modus operandi for scale and consistency. 

Gavin Johnstone

In 2011, Gavin launched the award-winning Hunter Healthcare, facilitating a private equity backed MBO in 2021. 

At the point of exit, revenues were more than £44million. In 2017, he launched Hunter Gatherer to build a portfolio of best-in-class global recruitment companies. The HG portfolio includes recruitment companies operating in healthcare and energy.

Leena Patel

Leena is Operations Director with experience of successfully coordinating the activities of various departments concerned with contracts, compliance, logistics, payroll and improving business processes.

She has proven people management skills and is able to manage performance and motivate staff on an individual and team level.

Mike Lindridge

Mike has worked in finance within the recruitment industry for more than 15 years. He has worked across all areas of operational finance.

This includes running a contractor payroll team, processing payroll for over 2,000 contractors, to later working in Management Accounts for international recruitment businesses, including companies in Australia, Hong Kong and Ireland. Mike brings a wealth of experience in the recruitment sector to help build an industry leading finance team for the Hunter/Gatherer Group.

Jessie McGregor

Jessie is a Chartered Marketer with 19 years’ experience.

She is passionate about brands, forever curious, and always seeking truth. Knowing what motivates, excites, and even scares people enables strategies that are deeply rooted in truth. Every brand has a story, and a place in people’s lives, and it’s the job of a marketer to unearth it, to create a meaningful narrative for communications.

Kiran Patel

Kiran is Learning & Development Manager with experience in driving a learning culture.

He develops learning strategies in line with business goals, creating and delivering training programmes and supporting employees in other areas of development, including personality profiling, mentoring and coaching.

Faye Evans

Faye is an experienced communicator, with a passion to motivate, resolve and alleviate human issues at work.

Striving to continuously improve people experience and culture, within an ever-curious industry. Responsible for the coordination of a broad range of services and resources that allow the organisation to operate efficiently, and to build out reliable back-office practices, behind daily operations for existing and new business start-ups.

Ainhoa Guzman

Ainhoa is driven by creating a greener future by finding and placing the best talent in companies that are in sync with her values & vision for the future.

Her expertise lies within the contract wind sector across Europe.
When she isn’t fighting climate change, she enjoys investing in the stock market and an occasional karaoke night.

Katie Jones

Katie is passionate about fighting climate change by finding and placing the best talent in the renewable energy sector.

Her expertise lies within Business and Project Development in America and Canada. Outside of the office, Katie enjoys cycling around London and a pub quiz.

Max Fanning

I have 4 years of experience within recruitment for the Renewable sector, specialising in providing experienced White Collar professionals globally across several different technologies such as Wind, Solar, Battery Storage and Hydrogen.

One of the reasons I enjoy working in the Renewable sector is that I know I am making a change to a sustainable future and can make an even greater change by providing my clients with committed individuals who want to make the world a greener place.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to music events, watching football and trying new restaurants.
